The latest ACE Family home drama has come after Austin McBroom has listed the seven thousand dollar home on several housing websites. On both sites, the ACE Family home has been listed for three thousand more than its actual value, totaling $10 million.

This comes less than two weeks after screenshots surfaced on the internet showing the ACE Family supposedly defaulting on their loan.

To date, the ACE Family still owns the home, which was built by former Ace Hardware heir Tony Ace in the late seventies. 

 According to the Los Angeles Times, Ace Family House is now owned by Jannick, with plans to revamp the property into a hundred-million-dollar home.

" In what is being described as a "deal-breaker" for Jannick and his half- sister, Eva, Jannick's home will be redesigned from the ground up, similar to what Ace Family House was. 

"We will not change anything from what is on the site," he tells the Times. "There are only a few things that we will be changing from the original plan.

"This redesign will supposedly feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, library, game room, and pool, according to the Times. Ace Family House is also planning to add new suites and lofts onto the home's existing building. These changes came about because, according to Ace Family House managing partner, Jay Kubassek, "The home buyer has been asking for lofts, baths, more storage, and having the basement re-furnished.

We don't have the money to do all these things right now, but we definitely will when we get the financing in June or July.

" Kubassek declined to disclose financial details, however, stating only that construction and ongoing improvements are on schedule.

Ace Family House is also reportedly working on bringing back boxing events to the housing sites. 

It is unclear at this time if the boxing event will be held at one of the boxing gyms owned by Ace Family House or at a different one. 

 No such news was made available regarding this issue to the concerned press or local residents.

However, Ace representatives did tell the press that boxing at the gyms owned by the company will provide "an additional benefit," citing the "excellent workout facilities available." 

 Ace representatives also told the Times that the new addition to the Ace Family House will allow "the kids to go to the school to play basketball and volleyball," adding "we also have a band that comes by our house when we have company,

" which could potentially mean that boxing event attendance will not be required. Ace representatives are hoping to expand their footprint in the Miami area by bringing boxing events to several Miami-Dade County housing areas.

In previous years, Ace Family House has attempted to bring a boxing event to Miami's Sun-table Park, but the venue was turned down by the Miami-Dade County Commission. 

The commission supposedly felt that the park was too crowded and that there were far too many people using the park for activities unrelated to sports. 

Currently, Ace Family House is focused on creating a YouTube channel. The new house is also hoping to create an "Ace channel" on the internet so that potential buyers can view videos about the "new home's" offerings, among other information.

In fact, one of the primary goals of the house is to position itself as a leader in the Miami real estate scene. 

The Miami Herald published an article discussing the possibility that the "Ace brand will help generate interest in homes in the Miami area.

" Although the Miami Herald's article makes mention of the possibility of Ace Mansion attendees and youtubers home being sold for millions of dollars, it appears that the mansion is only intended to be a home for sale by one single family.

This hints at the possibilities of multi-family properties in the future, though the current plans only involve a home for Sale by One Single Family. 

 However, this may simply be an introductory offering to multi-family properties, and not necessarily something that people will be interested in buying for the purpose of reselling back to you tubers. 

Another intriguing possibility is that Ace Family House will be involved in developing a public park on the grounds of the old mansion. This park will serve as a habitat for several species of birds.

Though it doesn't look like any kind of park for children or animals, it could be just what the doctor ordered if the project gets off the ground and becomes successful. 

 If Ace Family House is successful, then they could earn upwards of eight million dollars in a year or even more, if they successfully get the park opened and running.
